1.Introduction
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Tordoo Platform (referred to as "the Platform," "we," or "us") and the User (whether a shipping company, merchant, or driver). By accessing the Platform or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2.Description of Service
Tordoo is a cloud-based software platform providing tools for logistics management, including shipment tracking, driver management, and financial coordination between shipping companies and their clients. The Platform does not provide physical shipping services; it is a technical tool designed to organize and automate these services.
3.Accounts and Security
•Users commit to providing accurate and complete information during registration.
•The account holder is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password).
•Users must immediately notify the Platform management of any suspected breach or unauthorized use of their account.
4.Acceptable Use Policy
The use of the Tordoo platform is strictly prohibited for:
•Managing or distributing any goods or shipments that violate local or international laws.
•Attempting to breach the Platform’s infrastructure or performing any action that disrupts its performance.
•Using the Platform for any fraudulent purposes or financial data manipulation.
5.Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including software, interfaces, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Tordoo. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
6.Fees and Subscriptions
•Services are subject to periodic subscription plans agreed upon at the time of contracting.
•The Platform reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice to users.
•In the event of late payment, Tordoo reserves the right to suspend access to the service until outstanding balances are settled.
7.Disclaimer of Liability
•Tordoo is a technology provider. Therefore, it is not liable for any loss or damage to physical shipments; such responsibility remains within the contractual relationship between the shipping company and the merchant.
•The Platform is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., global internet outages or third-party server failures).
8.Data Confidentiality
The Platform commits to not sharing merchant or driver data belonging to the subscriber with any third parties. This data remains the property of the subscriber within the limits of our Privacy Policy.
9.Termination of Service
Tordoo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of any terms of this agreement.
